Overview
Hello, and welcome to the San Francisco Branch page of the Screen Actors Guild website!
The San Francisco Branch covers all of north California and represents over 3,200 members. Northern California was the original center of the movie industry and has continued with a rich history in all aspects of the entertainment business. From Charlie Chaplin’s The Tramp to computer animation, interactive gaming and many other innovative technologies, Northern California has been a leader in the field.
Our members work all SAG contracts, ranging from major roles in high-profile motion pictures to a myriad of national and local commercials, voice-overs, television series, industrials, background and new technologies.
The San Francisco Branch is proud of its history and is dedicated to serving its diverse and talented members.
