'Help,' 'Artist' lead SAG race

'Modern Family' tops TV with five noms

The Help" has received plenty of help from Hollywood thesps as the drama dominated Screen Actor Guild award nominations with four, followed by "The Artist" with a trio of nods.

The SAG noms, announced Wednesday morning, also offered a surprise boost to "Bridesmaids" with a pair of nominations. "Albert Nobbs," "The Descendants," "J. Edgar," "Moneyball" and "My Week with Marilyn" also received two noms while single SAG nods went to "A Better Life," "Beginners," "The Iron Lady," "Midnight in Paris," "Warrior," "We Need to Talk About Kevin."
